Purchased pain au chocolat and sour cherry pistachio danish a couple of days ago, both were deliciously flaky and had a hint of sourness. Loved it! Purchased the sprouted wholemeal cob this morning and that was also delicious!

We bought plain, almond and chocolate croissants. All of them were cooked quite dark, but were soggy on the inside, even the plain ones.

The almond croissant was a total joke. Barely any almond flavour, a hint of almond at best. Basically no filling, no almond. I have had easily over a hundred almond croissants in my life and this must be one of the most disappointing I ever had. I made my point to the sales lady, who didn't really care and made me feel I was the problem. No complimentary alternative was offered. On the bright side, the coffee was good and served fast. Sadly the famed pistachio sour cherry pastry was sold out at 9.30 am on a Tuesday. Wouldn't you bake a bit more of your most popular item?

Bought a croissant, cinnamon bun, and banana loaf which were excellent, Got a good sourdough loaf. $9 for a medium sourdough is OK. it is an artisan bakery after all. Good coffee. Efficient service. But you have to get in early for the pastries. They do sell out. Would be great if they provided napkins too.
